The founder of Tracy Lavin Events: Tracy Lavin has truly made a name for herself as a Luxury Wedding and Party Designer in the UK and abroad over the last 16 years.
Tracy explains, destinations abroad are too becoming more popular now and some of the locations we are lucky to have had events in are Cannes, Monaco, Lake Garda, Lake Como, Florence, Ireland and Mauritius.
Her home and business are nestled in leafy Wilmslow in Cheshire, a place she has come to love dearly but her homeland is Ireland where most of her family live and where she was bought up. After leaving school she trained at one of Ireland’s top catering colleges, then after a spell in France, worked her way up to the highest level of general management in four and five-star hotels in London and the north of England.
A self-confessed perfectionist, for Tracy success, is all about taking care of every little detail and building up a strong and reliable team that she knows she can count on. “I’ve been lucky to learn from, work and forge lasting relationships with some of the best in the business,” she says “and we meet up every year with top worldwide planners at various destinations to discuss new trends, venues and worldwide suppliers “
Clients love the fact that we are knowledgeable in all aspects of the event from designing, working with their brands or theme and even making the right food and drink choices, tweaking them to go with the design as from our previous background, we know what works best with various numbers and are very operational when onsite from start to finish. We work with the best industry suppliers and our USP is – we provide luxury unique designs from your vision, save you hours of your own time and ensure on the day, that your event is going to be a one-off and exceed expectations.

I wanted to make contact with you, nearly a week has passed and it has taken me some time to adjust from what was possibly two of the most memorable days of my life.
