About The Course
Whitstable is a pleasant seaside town on the Kent coast with good rail and road links to London, including a high-speed rail link. The town is famous for its oysters and shellfish which is celebrated by an annual Oyster festival in July.
There are good beaches in the area which given the mild climate allows traditional family seaside breaks to be enjoyed.
The town has a wide range of amenities including hotels, guest houses, public houses and places to eat. There is a working harbour with seafood restaurants. Around the town there are plenty of places of interest, Canterbury is five miles away, whilst Margate is only 16 miles distant.
The Kent countryside can be easily accessed with orchards, hop fields and varied landscapes with opportunity for walking. Whitstable also enjoys a high proportion of local shops so the High Street and surrounding roads have a good selection of shops to visit.

Whitstable is an excellent location for a weekend break, playing golf here at Whitstable & Seasalter and taking advantage of the other attractions in the town, which are only a short walk from the Club. We are able to accommodate golf societies up to around 30 persons. We can offer catering before and after your game at very competitive prices.
Practice Facilities
At the Club we do not have a practice range, but we have a practice net for members and visitors to use. It is located behind the greenkeepers shed.
There is also a small practice putting green located between the carpark and the first tee.
