Halifax West End Golf Club was founded in 1906, and celebrated its Centenary in 2006. We are justifiably proud of our 18 hole course, a hidden gem, situated on the outskirts of Halifax.
You will find West End Golf Club to be a hospitable and friendly club, offering a warm welcome to all our visitors, regardless of ability. The course itself is maintained to a high standard and is a pleasure to play, being known for its panoramic views, aesthetic beauty and challenging golf. Visitors are welcome to Halifax West End Golf Course every day, other than Saturday.

In 2006, the club celebrated it’s centenary and as part of these celebrations a book was produced to mark the occasion. The handbook was intended for the general benefit of members and visitors to West End Golf Club. The History of West End has been compiled from many sources including the book produced for the first fifty years, in 1956, by Mrs Mildred Berry, from club records, member’s personal memories and local newspaper articles.
