The course is 6849 yards long with a par & SSS of 72 from the white championship tees, 6401 from the yellow tees, par 72 & SSS 70 and from the ladies red tees 5719 with a par & SSS of 73. It sits in perfect harmony with the natural woodland setting close to the Lower Derwent Ings. The fairways blend and bend to the gentle rolling landscape and the six lakes that come into play.
The practice area is fully equipped with Driving Bays, ball dispenser, putting greens, practice bunker and an excellent short game area. The famous Graham Walker’s Golf Academy has its base here.
Half way house refreshments are available in the log cabin situated next to the 10th tee where you can sit and soak up the tranquillity of the lake. The Shop at The Oaks is the hub of the first tee where you are greeted by a friendly face at check in. It stocks a large selection of golf equipment, from easily forgotten essentials, golfing attire, gifts and branded items such as Ping, Callaway and Motocaddy equipment. There are ten golf buggies, electric and pull trolleys for hire.

There are driving bays, a ball dispenser, putting green, practise bunkers and short game practice areas.
Half-way refreshments are available at our log cabin where you can sit and feed the almost tame rainbow trout, who will perform in anticipation of a treat.
